The deal.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts in your country, and not previously banned from Poka.

One account per person. No duplicate accounts, impersonation, or attempts to evade a ban.

Be real. Be respectful. Be honest about your intent. That is the whole code.

• Use real photos of yourself. No celebrities, stock images, or AI-generated faces.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, spam, or sexual content directed at others.
• Do not pressure people to move off-platform or share private information.
• Respect declared intent. If someone is here for friendship, do not push for more without their consent.
• No minors. No exceptions.

We use warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent bans depending on severity. Severe violations such as harassment, fraud, threats, or child-safety issues can lead to immediate permanent removal and reporting to authorities.

Bans may be enforced with device and behavior signals. Creating a new account after a ban is another violation.

You own your photos, prompts, voice intros, profile content, and messages. You grant Poka a limited license to display and process that content only to provide the service, operate safety tools, and comply with law.

You must have the rights to anything you upload. Do not upload content that violates someone else’s privacy, safety, or intellectual property rights.

Pricing is intended to be local and understandable in your currency. Mobile money and card payments may be supported through approved payment providers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. Refunds may be issued for failed transactions, duplicate charges, or erroneous billing within the stated support window.

Poka provides verification, reporting, blocking, privacy controls, and moderation. You are responsible for good judgment, especially when meeting someone offline.

Meet in public places, tell a friend, and trust your instincts. We are not responsible for off-platform conduct, but we will act on reports and provide tools that make safer choices easier.

Poka may change features, pause access, perform maintenance, or restrict accounts when needed for security, compliance, reliability, or community safety.

We aim for a reliable service, but public launch features, pricing, tiers, and city availability may change as the platform evolves.

Most issues can be resolved through support. If a dispute cannot be resolved, these terms are governed by applicable law and handled by the competent courts of Poka’s place of incorporation, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

We may update these terms. If changes materially affect users, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Poka after an update means you accept the new terms.
